The BEATLES were the most influential band in history. they influenced everything from politics to the media.  They were a world-wide phenomenon. They played their incredible music from 1962-1969, ending their collosal career with the Apple rooftop concert. In those 7 years  they had 5 movies, 12 albums and even an animated series. Two of the Beatles are still alive today – Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, but sadly the other two have died. John Lennon was murdered and George Harrison died of cancer.  So learn to respect the Fab Four, the sons of Liverpool, THE BEATLES.
